RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for exchanges/returns, the item(s) must be in its original conditions received, packed in its original polymailer, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
If you do not have the original polymailer, you may use any other polymailer/carrier as long as the item(s) is securely sealed and with your name and order number indicated clearly at the front of the polymailer/carrier.
Please retain your invoice for exchange / returns purposes. We will not be able to process any exchange / returns without verification of the physical invoices.
All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits. Store credits are only utilizable for online purchases.
Mimius reserves the rights to reject any exchange / returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.

Defective Or Wrong Item Received
We apologized if we accidentally sent you the incorrect or defective item.
If you receive a defective item, within 3 days of receiving your order, email us at service.mimius@gmail.com with details photos of defect area. We will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Any requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
All returned items should be in their new and original condition as you received them: with tags, unused, unwashed and unworn.
Ship the parcel back to the return address indicated in the return instructions we will send you via email.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund a store credit as a result of the defect. Please take note that we do not offer cash refund, we will issue a store credit in which you may utilise it on your next purchase.
